This applies to both used and unused products, provided they have been reasonably used. For defective or damaged products, the 60-day satisfaction guarantee applies. There is only one return period of 60 days. Products must be returned within this period to qualify for a refund.
The product must be in its original condition and packaging unless used under the 60-day satisfaction guarantee. Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of receiving the product.
